State Christian (Minorities) Finance Corporation Welfare Schemes to the Minorities Welfare Department under the Plan Schemes – Administrative Sanction –Orders – Issued. MINORITIES WELFARE (MFC) DEPARTMENT G.O. Rt. No. 51 Dated: 01-03-2012. Read:- G.O.Rt.No. 614, Finance (Expr.SW) Department, Dated: 23-02-2012 -*******- ORDER:- In the G.O. read above, the Finance (Expr.SW) Department has issued Budget Release Order to the Minorities Welfare Department, A.P. Secretariat, Hyderabad for an amount of Rs.1,20,00,000/- (Rupees One Crore Twenty lakhs only) being 4th Quarter Budget Provision for the financial year 2011-12 towards Assistance to A.P. State Christian (Minorities) Finance Corporation Welfare Schemes to the Minorities Welfare Department under the Plan Schemes and requested to issue Administrative Sanction Order. 2. Accordingly, Government hereby accord administrative sanction for incurring an expenditure of Rs.1,20,00,000/- (Rupees One Crore Twenty lakhs only) being 4th Quarter Budget Provision for the financial year 2011-12 towards Assistance to A.P. State Christian (Minorities) Finance Corporation Welfare Schemes to the Minorities Welfare Department under the Plan Schemes. 3. The Expenditure on account of the above shall be debited to the following head of account as detailed below:- “2225 - Welfare of SCs/STs/OBCs 80 - General MH-190 – Assistance to Public Sector and Other undertakings GH – 11 - NSP SH (06) - Assistance to A.P. State Christian (Minorities) Finance Corporation for Welfare Schemes 310 - Grants in aid 312 - Other Grants in aid” 4. The above amount indicated at para 2 above shall be debited and adjusted to APSC(M)FC Credit Head: 8449 – Other Deposits, MH : 120 – Miscellaneous Deposits, SH : (39) Deposits of A.P. State Christian (Minorities) Finance Corporation P.D. Acc. No. 292. 5. The Drawing and Disbursing Officer, i.e., Assistant Secretary to Government, Minorities Welfare (OP/Claims) Department is authorized to draw and disburse the amount as detailed at para (2) in favour of the Institution for implementation of the Schemes.
