(Retd.), P.E.Dept., dt.3-01-2012. = = = O R D E R: In pursuance of the orders issued in G.O.1st and 3rd read above, sanction is accorded for payment of an amount of Rs.5,151/- towards saving fund and Rs.12,149/- towards interest thereon thus a sum of Rs.17,300/- (Rupees seventeen thousand three hundred only) under Group Insurance Scheme to Sri.K.Narsireddy, Record Asst (Retd.), P.E. Department who has retired from service on 31-12-2011 AN on attaining the age of superannuation and who was a member of the A.P. State Employees Group Insurance Scheme with a subscription of Rs.10/- (Rupees ten only) per month from 01-11-1984 to 31-10-1994 and Rs.30/- (Rupees Thirty only) per month from 01-11-1994 to 31-12-2011. 2. The amount sanctioned towards savings fund in para (1) above shall be debitted to “8011 – Insurance and Pension Funds – M.H.107, State Government Employees Group Insurance Scheme – S.H.(01) – Group Insurance Scheme – 001- Saving Fund” and amount sanctioned towards interest shall be debitted to its “Detailed Head – 003” – Interest from Government”. 3. Public Enterprises (Claims) Department are requested to draw and disburse the amount to the individual. 4. The individual is informed that if it is found at a later date that excess amount was paid due to erroneous calculation, such excess amount shall be recovered from him without prior notice or assigning any reason therefore. 5. Certified that Sri.K.Narsireddy Record Asst. (Retd.), Public Enterprises Department was not on extra-ordinary leave since the inception of the scheme. 6. Necessary entries regarding recovery of GIS (savings fund) amount from time to time has been made in the S.R.
