MINORITIES WELFARE (MFC) DEPARTMENT G.O. Rt. No. 52 Dated: 01-03-2012. Read:- G.O.Rt.No. 615, Finance (Expr.SW) Department, Dated: 23-02-2012. -******- ORDER:- In the G.O. read above, the Finance (Expr.SW) Department has issued Budget Release Order to the Minorities Welfare Department, A.P. Secretariat, Hyderabad for an amount of Rs.24,00,000/- (Rupees Twenty four lakhs only) being 4th quarter Budget Provision for the financial year 2011-12 towards “Studies on Socio Economic Conditions and Programmes of Minorities” under the Plan Schemes and requested to issue Administrative Sanction Order. 2. Accordingly, Government hereby accord administrative sanction for incurring an expenditure of Rs. 54,000/- (Rupees fifty four thousands only) being 4th quarter provision of the Budget Estimates for the financial year 2011-12 towards scheme “Studies on Socio Economic Conditions and Programmes of Minorities” under the Plan Scheme towards “130/134 - Hiring of private vehicles.” (DV Bill) 3. The Expenditure on account of the above shall be debited to the respective heads of account as detailed below:- “2225 - Welfare of SCs/STs/OBCs, 80- General MH-800 – Other Expenditure, GH – 11 - NSP SH (05) - Studies on Socio Economic Conditions and Programmes of Minorities. – 130/134 - Hiring of Private Vehicles.” 4. The Drawing and Disbursing Officer, i.e., Assistant Secretary to Government, Minorities Welfare (OP/Claims) Department is authorized to draw and disburse the amount as detailed at para (3) above in favour of the Institution for implementation of the Schemes as detailed in the Annexure to this order. 5. The amounts sanctioned in para 3 shall be debited and adjusted proportionally to the on going schemes. (PTO): 2 : 6.
