Minorities Welfare – M.W. (MFC) Dept. – Budget Estimates 2011-12 – Sanction of Rs.
3,95,00,000/- (Rupees three crores ninety five lakhs only) towards 4th quarter expenditure to
be incurred, under Conduct of Mass Marriages for Minorities, Subsidy for Bank Linked
Income Generated Scheme and Assistance to Urdu Academy under the Plan Schemes –
Administrative Sanction –Orders – Issued.

ORDER:-
In the G.O. read above, the Finance (Expr.SW) Department has issued Budget
Release Order to the Minorities Welfare Department, A.P. Secretariat, Hyderabad for an
amount of Rs. 3,95,00,000/- (Rupees Three crores ninety five lakhs only) towards 4th
quarter expenditure to be incurred, under Conduct of Mass Marriages for Minorities,
Subsidy for Bank Linked Income Generated Scheme and Assistance to Urdu Academy to
the Minorities Welfare Department, A.P. Secretariat, Hyderabad under the Plan Schemes
and requested to issue Administrative Sanction Order.
2. Accordingly, Government hereby accord administrative sanction for incurring an
expenditure of Rs. 3,95,00,000/- (Rupees Three crores ninety five lakhs only) towards 4th
quarter expenditure to be incurred, under Conduct of Mass Marriages for Minorities,
Subsidy for Bank Linked Income Generated Scheme and Assistance to Urdu Academy to
the Minorities Welfare Department, A.P. Secretariat, Hyderabad under the Plan Schemesas
detailed in the Annexure to this order.
3. The Expenditure on account of the above shall be debited to the respective heads of
account as detailed below:-
I. An amount of Rs. 31,25,000/- (Rupees thirty one lakhs twenty five thousands only)
towards Conduct of Mass Marriages for Minorities shall be debited to the following
Head of Account:-
“2225 - Welfare of SCs/STs/OBCs
80 - General
MH-800 – Other Expenditure
GH – 11 - NSP
SH (17) - Conduct of Mass Marriages for Minorities
310/312 - Other Grants in aid”
Not more than 2% of this allotment of amount shall be utilized for administrative and
other expenditure.
II. An amount of Rs. 2,76,25,000/- (Rupees two crore seventy six lakhs twenty five
thousands only) towards subsidy for Bank Linked Income Generated Scheme shall
be debited to the following Head of Account:-
“2225 - Welfare of SCs/STs/OBCs
80 - General
MH-800 – Other Expenditure
GH – 11 - NSP
SH (18) - Subsidy for Bank Linked Income
Generated Scheme
310/312 - Other Grants in aid”

III. An amount of Rs. 87,50,000/- (Rupee eighty seven lakhs fifty thousands only)
towards Assistance to Urdu Academy of A.P. shall be debited to the following Head
of Account:-
“2225 - Welfare of SCs/STs/OBCs
80 – General,
MH-800 - Other Expenditure,
GH 11 - NSP
SH (20) -Assistance to Urdu Academy
310/312 – Other GIA
4. The following implementing agencies are having the P.D. Accounts shown against
them. Respective amounts shall be debited and adjusted to them:-

5. The Drawing and Disbursing Officer, i.e., Assistant Secretary to Government,
Minorities Welfare (OP/Claims) Department is authorized to draw and disburse the amount
as detailed at para (2) in favour of the Institutions for implementation of the Schemes.
6. All the Heads of the Institutions concerned are requested to achieve the target fixed
for implementation of the scheme.
