Read:- G.O.Rt.No. 617, Finance (Expr.SW) Department, Dated: 23.02.2012. -*******- ORDER:- In the G.O. read above, the Finance (Expr.SW) Department has issued Budget Release Order to the Minorities Welfare Department, A.P. Secretariat, Hyderabad for an amount of Rs. 43,75,000/- (Rupees Forty three lakhs seventy five thousand only) towards 4th quarter expenditure to be incurred, under Survey Commissioner of Wakf, Assistant to Centre for Educational Development of Minorities and A.P. State Haj Committee to the Minorities Welfare Department, A.P. Secretariat, Hyderabad under the Plan Schemes and requested to issue Administrative Sanction Order. 2. Accordingly, Government hereby accord administrative sanction for incurring an expenditure of Rs. 43,75,000/- (Rupees Forty three lakhs seventy five thousand only) towards 4th quarter expenditure to be incurred, under Survey Commissioner of Wakf, Assistant to Centre for Educational Development of Minorities and A.P. Haj Committee to the Minorities Welfare Department, A.P. Secretariat, Hyderabad under the Plan Schemes as detailed in the Annexure to this order. 3. The Expenditure on account of the above shall be debited to the respective heads of account as detailed below:- I. An amount of Rs. 6,25,000/- (Rupees six lakhs twenty five thousands only) towards Survey Commissioner of Wakf shall be debited to the following Head of Account:- “2225 - Welfare of SCs/STs/OBCs 80 - General MH-800 - Other Expenditure GH – 11 - NSP SH (22) - Survey Commission of Wakf 310/312 - Other Grants in aid” II. An amount of Rs. 12,50,000/- (Rupee twelve lakhs fifty thousands only) towards Assistance to Centre for Educational Development of Minorities shall be debited to the following Head of Account:- “2225 - Welfare of SCs/STs/OBCs 80 - General MH-800 – Other Expenditure GH – 11 - NSP SH (23) - Assistance to Centre for Educational Development of Minorities 310/312 - Other Grants in aid” (PTO): 2 : III. An amount of Rs. 25,00,000/- (Rupee Twenty five lakhs only) towards Assistance to A.P. Haj Committee shall be debited to the following Head of Account:- “2225 - Welfare of SCs/STs/OBCs 80 - General MH-800 – Other Expenditure GH-11-NSP SH (24) - Assistance to A.P. Haj Committee 310/312 - OGIA” 4. The following implementing agencies are having the P.D. Accounts shown against them. Respective amounts shall be debited and adjusted to them:- Andhra Pradesh State Minorities Finance Credit Head: 8449 – Other Deposits, MH : Corporation Ltd. The Drawing and Disbursing Officer, i.e., Assistant Secretary to Government, Minorities Welfare (OP/Claims) Department is authorized to draw and disburse the amount as detailed at para (2) in favour of the Institutions for implementation of the Schemes. 6.
