Letter 2nd read above, it is requested to take necessary action to appoint a Nodal Officer for Coordination of RTI Act, 2005 within the organization wherever there is more than one PIO to receive applications/Appeals under the Act and to send them to the concerned PIOs/Appellate Authorities on the same day and maintain a separate register for the purpose and entrust the work relating to time being submission of reports to the A.P. Information Commission to the Nodal Officer. 2. Government after careful examination of the issue, hereby appoint Sri M.A. Rasheed, Section Officer, Minorities Welfare Department as Nodal Officer for Coordination of RTI Act, 2005 by the Public Authorities. He is entrusted with the work relating to timely submission of reports to the A.P. Information Commission.
