Dt. August, 2011, Bill.No.1780 Dt.Sep, 2011, Bill.No.2363, Oct,2011,
Bill.9662, Dt.Nov,2011, Bill.3163, Dec,2011 & Bill.No.3763, Dt.January, 2012
O R D E R:
Sanction is hereby accorded for payment of Rs.2,430/- (Rupees Two Thousand Four
Hundred and Thirty only) to A.Shivraj, News Paper Agency, Hyderabad, towards the cost
of the Newspapers and Magazines supplied at the residence of Special Secretary to
Government (Env), E.F.S&T Department for the months of August, 2011 to December,
2011 and January, 2012 (6 Months) for official use.
2. The expenditure sanctioned in para -1 above shall be debited to Head of account
‘3451 – Secretariat Economic Services, 090 – Secretariat, 020 – E.F.S&T Department, 130 –
Office expenses, 132 – Other Office expenses’.
3. The E.F.S&T (Claims) Department shall draw the amount sanctioned above and
credit in favour of Sri A.Shivaraj, into Bank A/C.No. 084010011012438, Andhra Bank,
Masab Tank Branch, IFSC Code.ANDB0000840 & MICR Code.5000011027 for settlement
of the bill.
4. This order does not require the concurrence of the Finance Department as per orders
in force.
