Memo.No.160/LA&J/98/L.3/2012, Law, dated 03.04.2012. *** ORDER:- In the reference 3rd read above, the District Collector, Prakasam has stated that, the term of Sri Upputuri Rajendra Prasad, Assistant Government Pleader for the Senior & Junior Civil Judges’ Court, Kandukur, Prakasam District, expired on 28.02.2012 and in his place Sri Sanikommu Srinivasula Reddy, Assistant Government Pleader for the Junior Civil Judge’s Court, Kanigiri is kept as incharge to the post of Assistant Government Pleader, Senior & Junior Civil Judges’ Courts, Kandukur, Prakasam District, till a regular Assistant Government Pleader is appointed to the said Court or until further orders of the Government, whichever is earlier, and requested to ratify his action. 2. In the reference 5th read above, Government have not considered the request of the District Collector, Prakasam District as proposed in the reference third read above. 3. Government, hereby place Sri.Upputuri Rajendra Prasad, Advocate, as incharge Assistant Government Pleader for the Senior and Junior Civil Judges’ Courts, Kandukur, Prakasam District, till a regular Assistant Government Pleader is appointed to the said Courts or until further orders of the Government, whichever is earlier.
