226, dated. 01-02-2012.

O R D E R:
Sanction is accorded for payment of Rs.1,245/- (Rupees One Thousand, Two
Hundred and Forty Five only) to M/s. Raghavendra News Paper Services,
Hyderabad, towards the cost of the Newspapers and Magazines supplied to the
Office Chambers of the following officers, E.F.S&T Department for the month of
January, 2012, for official use:-

2. The expenditure sanctioned above shall be debited to Head of account ‘3451-
Secretariat Economic Services, 090-Secretariat, SH(20) - E.F.S&T Department, 130-
Office expenses, 132-Other Office expenses’.
3. The E.F.S&T (Claims) Department shall draw and the same amount may be
Credited the above said sanctioned amount in favour of M/s. Ragvendra News
Paper Services, Hyderabad, in Bank A/c No. 30041210000271, Syndicate Bank,
Bashirbagh branch, Hyderabad.
4. This order does not require the concurrence of the Finance Department as per
orders in force.
