Kishan, Dhobi, Minorities Welfare Dept., dated Nil. ******* ORDER: Sanction is hereby accorded for an amount of Rs.3,000/- (Rupees three thousand only) for payment to Sri Kishan, Dhobi, M.W. Dept., towards washing charges of Towels, Curtains, Napkins, Car Seat Covers and Sofa Covers etc., of M.W. Dept., during the period from December, 2011 to February, 2012 (i.e., 3 months @ Rs.1000/- per month). 2. The expenditure sanctioned in Para-(1) above shall be debited to the Head of Account “2251 - Secretariat Social Services - MH.090 - Secretariat - SH (15) - M.W. Department - 130 - Office expenses - 132 - Other Office expenses”. 3. The Drawing Officer, Minorities Welfare (O.P-Claims) Department is requested to draw the Cheque for the amount sanctioned in Para-(1) above in favour of “Sri Kishan, Dhobi’ and disburse to him. 4.
