Babu, Vehicle Supplier dated Nil. ****** ORDER: In terms of the Orders issued in the references 1st & 2nd read above, sanction is hereby accorded for incurring an expenditure of Rs.18,000/- per month for a total amount of Rs.54,000/- (Rupees fifty four thousand only) for a total deduction of I.T. for Rs.1,188/- during the period from 01-12-2011 to 29-02-2012 (i.e., three months) for payment of hiring vehicle charges to Sri M.S. Babu, Vehicle supplier in respect of vehicle No.AP-10, U–2147, for Official use of the Minorities Welfare Department. 2. The above expenditure shall be debited to the Head of Account “2225 – Welfare of S.Cs., S.Ts., O.B.Cs. – 80 – General – M.H. 800 – Other Expenditure – Schemes included in the Plan – G.H. 11 – Normal State Plan – S.H. (05) – Studies on Socio Economic Conditions and Programmes of Minorities – 130 – Office Expenses – 134 – Hiring of Private Vehicles”. 3. The officials of the Department have certified that the Vehicle No.A.P–10, U–2147 hired for the Official use of Minorities Welfare Department and also certified that the Vehicle has run the 7500 K.Ms. for the period from 01-12-2011 to 29-02-2012 (i.e., three months). 4.
