O R D E R :
Sanction is hereby accorded for payment of an amount of Rs.18,000/-
(Rupees Eighteen Thousand only) to Sri Devi Travels, Chikkadpally, Hyderabad
towards hire charges for the month of January, 2012 for the vehicle bearing No. AP 9
TV 8273 engaged by the Environment, Forests, Science and Technology Department
for the official use of the Special Secretary (Env), E.F.S&T. Department.
2. The expenditure sanctioned in Para (1) above shall be debited to “3451 –
Secretariat Economic Services – MH.090 – Secretariat – SH (20) – E..F.S. & T.
Department – 130 –Office Expenses / 134- Hiring of Private Vehicles.
3. The Environment, Forests, Science and Technology (Claims) Department are
requested to draw the amount sanctioned in para (1) above and credit in favour of
G.Kanth Reddy, Bank A/C.No.021210025073854, Andhra Bank, 212-HMT Industrial
Estate Branch, Hyderabad, R.R. Dist-500854, IFSC Code. ANDB 000 0212 for
settlement of the bill.
4. This order issues with the concurrence of the Finance Department vide U.O.
No.14180-A/448/A2/W&M/2006, Dt. 26.5.2006.
