No. 4170, Fin (A&L) Dept., Dt. 24-11-2011. * * * ORDER: In pursuance of the orders issued in the G.Os, 1st & 4th read above, the following amounts are hereby re-allotted for the 1st & 3rd quarters of financial year 2011-2012 for sanction of loans for Motorcycle Advance to the Government employees working in the E.F.S & T Department / Prl. Chief Conservator of Forests / District & Regional offices:- MOTORCYCLE ADVANCE ALLOTMENT FOR THE 1ST & 3RD QUARTERS OF 2011-2012. The sanctioning authority is requested to keep the following in view while sanctioning the loans for Motorcycles & Mopeds:- i. The Budget released shall be utilized by following strictly all Quarterly regulations. ii. The Departments of Secretariat and Heads of Departments should not utilize the amount allotted to the employees of Regional and District officers for sanctioning the Motorcycle & Mopeds Advance to their employees. iii. The sanctioning authority shall ensure that prompt action is taken against the defaulters who misuse the amount and against those who fail to complete the formalities in time, according to the rules. 3. The loan sanctioning authorities shall arrange for prompt recovery of the loan amount sanctioned to the employees as per rules on the subject. (PTO)::2:: 4. The expenditure on account of sanction of the Motorcycle & Mopeds shall be debited to “7610 – Loans to Government Servants etc., – MH – 202 – Advance for purchase of Motor Conveyances – SH (05) – Loans for purchase of Motorcycles” – 001- Loans for purchase of Motor Cycles”. 5.
