Praveen News Paper Agencies& Magazine Agent, Hyderabad Bills dated 13-02-2012. *** O R D E R: In terms of the orders issued in the reference first read above, sanction is hereby accorded for incurring an expenditure of Rs.350/- (Rupees Three hundred and fifty only) towards reimbursement of News Paper Bill Charges incurred by Sri T. Jay Raj Singh., Addl. Secretary to Government, Animal Husbandry, Dairy Development & Fisheries Department at his residence for the months of January 2012 for the following News Papers:- Sl. Name of the News Paper Amount No. April 1 Andhra Jyothi 110.00 2 Hindu 100.00 3 India To-Day 150.00 Total 360.00 2) The expenditure sanctioned in Para 1 above shall be debited to the following Head of Account:- “3451-Secretariat Economic Services, 090-Secretariat, 19-AH DD & F Department - 130-Office Expenses, 132 -Other Office Expenses”. 3) The AH DD & F (OP Claims) Department, shall draw the above amount sanctioned in Para 1 above and shall credit to the Bank account No.110310011000256 , Andhra Bank, Secretariat Branch, Hyderabad of Sri T. Jay Raj Singh., Additional Secretary to Government, Animal Husbandry, Dairy Development & Fisheries Department and the same may be handed over to the officer. 4) This order does not require the concurrence of Finance Department as per the orders in force on the subject.
