Chief Secy. to Govt., E.F.S & T. Department for the month of January, 2012. 2. The expenditure sanctioned above shall be debited to Head of Account 3451- Secretariat Economic Service - 090-Secretariat - 020-EFS&T Department - 130-Office expenses - 131-Utility Payments. 3. The Environment Forests Science & Technology (Claims) Department shall draw the amount and the same amount may be credited in favour of AO (CASH), MAIN BSNL, Bank A/c. CBCA01000076, Corporation Bank, Siddiambar Bazar, Hyderabad IFSC Code CORP0000043 & MICR Code 500017007 for settlement of the bill. 4.
