Read the following :- G.O.Rt.No. 949, Finance (Expr.SW) Department, Dated: 16.03.2012. -*******- ORDER:- In the G.O. read above, Finance (Expr.SW) Department have issued Budget Release Order to the Minorities Welfare Department, A.P. Secretariat, Hyderabad for an amount of Rs. 1,25,00,000/- (Rupees One Crore and Twenty five Lakhs only) towards 4th Quarter provision under the Scheme (001) Loans for repayment of loans to NMDFC under Plan Scheme for the FY 2011-12 and requested to issue Administrative Sanction Order. 2. Accordingly, Government hereby accord administrative sanction for incurring an expenditure of Rs. 1,25,00,000/- (Rupees One Crore and Twenty five Lakhs only) towards 4th Quarter provision under the Scheme (001) Loans for repayment of loans to NMDFC under Plan Scheme for the FY 2011-12. 3. The Expenditure on account of the above shall be debited to the following head of account as detailed below:- “6225 - Welfare of SCs/STs/OBCs 80 - General 800 – Other Expenditure GH – 11 - NSP SH (05) - Loans to A.P. State Minorities Finance Corporation Ltd. 001 - Loans for repayment of loans to NMFDC” 4. The amount indicated at para 2 above shall be debited and adjusted to APSMFC Credit Head: 8449 – Other Deposits, MH : 120 – Miscellaneous Deposits, SH : (38) – Deposits of A.P.State Minorities Finance Corporation Ltd., P.D. Acc. No. 35. 5. The Drawing and Disbursing Officer, i.e., Assistant Secretary to Government, Minorities Welfare (OP/Claims) Department is authorized to draw and disburse the amount as detailed at para (2) in favour of the Institution for implementation of the Schemes.
