Read the following:- 1.From MD., HMWS&SB., Lr.DOP/VGM-1/Estimates/ 2011-12/CCN-7871, dated 23.7.2011. 2.Govt.Memo.3011/Wakf-I/A1/2011, dt.28.09.2011. **** ORDER: In the reference 1st read above, the Managing Director, Hyderabad Metropolitan Water Supply & Sewerage Board has sought certain clarification whether Hon’ble High Court orders are applicable for certain Civil works at an estimated cost of Rs.126.50 lakhs initially from the Hyderabad Metropolitan Water Supply & Sewerage Board funds, subject to reimbursement by the Minorities Welfare Department at a later date proposed to be taken up in Mecca Masjid, Charminar, Hyderabad by the HMWS&S Board. 2 In the reference 2nd read above, it was clarified that the Hon’ble High Court had vacated the stay. The Managing Director, MWS&SB and Commissioner, Greater Hyderabad Municipal Corporation, Hyderabad have requested, to take up the works relating to provision of drainage, construction of Water Sump, Renovation of wazu Houz and over head tank within the premises of Mecca Masjid allotted to them. 3. Government after careful examination hereby accord Administrative Sanction for taking up Civil works at an estimated cost of Rs.101.35 lakhs (Rs. One Hundred and One lakh and thirty five thousands only) for providing water supply to the Mecca Masjid by the Hyderabad Metropolitan Water Supply & Sewerage Board as indicated below:- Sl. Construction of 0.20 ML (45,000 Gallons) 26.00 capacity R.C.C. clear water E.L.S.R. at Macca Masjid premises. 3. Laying of 200 mm dia Dl water supply feeder 4.70 main from existing 200 mm dia Cl main to the proposed 0.50 ML (one lakh gallons) capacity clear water underground sump at Macca Masjid premises. 4. Laying of 100 m dia Dl water supply feeder 4.65 main from proposed 0.50 ML (one lakh gallons) capacity clear water underground sump to 0.20 ML (45,000 gallons) capacity E.L.S.R at Macca Masjid premises5. Installation of Treatment plant for purification 15.00 of water in WazuHouz in Macca Masjid 6. Installation of Pumps and Motors, Control 15.00 Panels, Power Cables Accessories etc., Macca Masjid. 7. Construction of pump room including pump 5.00 foundations thrust blocks, Anchors blocks etc. at Macca Masjid (L.S) Total 101.35 4. Necessary additional funds will be sanctioned and released in due course by the Government in Finance (Expr.SW) Department. 5.
