O R D E R:

Sanction is hereby accorded for incurring an expenditure not exceeding Rs: 18,000/ (Rupees Eighteen Thousand only) for payment to Sri K.V.V.Ramana, 8-3-228/678/717,Yousufguda, Karmika Nagar, Hyderabad-500 045, Hired Car Owner, towards hiring charges of TATA Indica Car bearing No. AP 28 TV 1963 provided to the Legal Advisor, , Animal Husbandry, Dairy Development & Fisheries Department for the period from 01.01.2012 to 31.01.2012 .

2. The amount sanctioned in para (1) above shall be debited to the following Head of Account “3451-Sectt.Economic Services – M.H.090-Secretariat – S.H.19- AH DD & F Department – 130 – Office Expenses – 134 – Hiring of Private Vehicles”.

3. The AH DD & F (OP-Claims) Department shall draw the above amount sanctioned in para ( 1 )above and shall credit to the Bank account No.62214458809, STATE BANK OF HYDERABAD, Secretariat Branch, Hyderabad of Sri K.V.V.RAMANA, Hired Car Owner.

5. The driver of the hired vehicle shall maintain the logbook.
