ORDER:-
In the G.O. read above, the Finance (Expr.SW) Department has issued Budget Release
Order to the Minorities Welfare Department, A.P. Secretariat, Hyderabad for an amount of
Rs. 76,000/- (Rupees Seventy Six Thousand only) being 3rd and 4th Quarter Provision
towards Scheme of Studies on Socio Economic Conditions and Programmes of Minorities
from the Provision B.E. 2011-12 under Plan Schemes and requested to issue Administrative
Sanction Order.
2. Accordingly, Government hereby accord administrative sanction for incurring an
expenditure of Rs. 76,000/- (Rupees Seventy Six Thousand only) towards release of 3rd
and 4th Quarter expenditure to be incurred on Studies on Socio Economic Conditions and
Programmes of Minorities from the Provision B.E. 2011-12 under Plan Schemes.
3. The Expenditure on account of the above shall be debited to the following Head of
Account as detailed below:-
“2225 - Welfare of SCs/STs/OBCs
80 - General
800 – Other Expenditure
GH – 11 - NSP
SH (05) - Studies on Socio Economic conditions and
Programmes of Minorities
130/132 - O.O.E”
4. The Drawing and Disbursing Officer, i.e., Assistant Secretary to Government,
Minorities Welfare (OP/Claims) Department is authorized to draw and disburse the amount as
detailed at para 2 in favour of the Institution for implementation of the Schemes.
