The expenditure sanctioned in Para-(1) above, shall be debited to the Head of Account “2225 - Welfare of Scheduled Castes, Scheduled Tribes and other Backward Classes - 80 - General – M.H. 800 - Other expenses – G.H. - 11 – N.S.P. – S.H.
