Rt. No. 76 Dt.15 -02-2012 Read the following: 1. G.O. Rt. No.444, AHDD&F (AH-II) Department, Dt.9-9-2010. 2. From the Director of Animal Husbandry, Hyderabad Lr No.12078/BV/ B21/2011, Dt.10-01-2012. ** * * ** ORDER: In the G.O. 1st read above, the Government have accorded permission to engage the service of two persons on outsourcing basis @ Rs.3080/- each per month through recognized agency for maintenance of sanitation work in O/o Directorate of Animal Husbandry, Hyderabad. 2. In the letter 2nd read above, the Director of Animal Husbandry, Hyderabad has reported that, basing on the Government orders in the G.O.1st read above, their office engaged the (2) persons on outsourcing basis from M/s Crystolyte consultants, Flat No.6- 57, Sham Complex, IInd floor, Beside Chintal Bus stop, Hyderabad w.e.f. 09-09- 2010, who has submitted lowest and admissible quotations i.e., Rs.3080/- each. Their period of services completed during the month of 08-09-2011. Their services are required to take up the work of sanitation in the Directorate, since there is no sanctioned post of sanitation worker in the Directorate of Animal Husbandry, Andhra Pradesh, Hyderabad. Hence, there is necessity to continue them on outsourcing basis. The Director of Animal Husbandry has therefore requested the Government to kindly accord permission to continue the services of (2) sanitation workers on outsourcing basis for a period of one more year i.e. from 09-09-2011 to 08-09-2012, engaged from M/s Crystolyte Consultants, Hyderabad who has submitted lowest and admissible quotations i.e., Rs.3080/- each. Sufficient provision is available under the Head of Account “2403-Animal Husbandry MH 001-Direction and Administration SH 04-Other Offices 300-Other contractual services (Non-Plan).” (p.t.o)-2- 3. After careful examination of the proposal, Government hereby accord permission to the Director of Animal Husbandry to engage the services of two sanitary workers on outsourcing basis for a period of six months from 09-09-2011 for maintenance of the sanitary work in O/o Directorate of Animal Husbandry, Hyderabad. 4. The Director of Animal Husbandry, Hyderabad shall take necessary action accordingly. 5. This order issues with the concurrence of the Finance (SMPC-II) Department vide their UO. No.02068/048/A1/SMPC-II/12, Dt. 04-02-12.
