Technology Department- Sanction an amount of Rs.21,400/- Orders – Issued.

2. Bills from General Superintendent, P.W.Work Shop & Stores, Hyderabad,
Lr.No..GS/PWDWSS/Hyd/DEE-III/11, Dt.13-10-2011. * *
O R D E R :
Sanction is hereby accorded for payment an amount of Rs. 21,400/- (Rupees
Twenty One Thousand Four hundred only) to the P.W.Work Shop & Stores,
Hyderabad towards repairs to the vehicle bearing No. AP 9AS 9693, which is
being used by the Special Secretary to Government (Env), Environment, Forests,
Science & Technology Department.
2. The expenditure sanctioned in Para (1) above shall be debited to “3451 –
Secretariat Economic Services – MH.090 – Secretariat – SH (20) – E.F.S. & T.
Department – 510- Motor Vehicle maintenance”
3. The Environment, Forests, Science & Technology (Claims) Department shall
draw the sanctioned amount in para (1) above and the same amount may be
credited in favour of General Superintendent, P.W.Work Shop & Stores, Mint
Compound, Hyderabad, A/C No.62207994961, S.B.H, Secretariat Branch, MICR
Code 500004056 and IFSC Code SBHY0020077 for settlement of the bill.
4. This order does not require the concurrence of Finance as per rules in force.
