Read: From the BSNL, Hyderabad, Telephone bill dated 05-03-2012. ******* ORDER: Sanction is hereby accorded for incurring an expenditure of Rs.672/- (Rupees six hundred and seventy two only) towards the payment of telephone bill for the telephone No.23452983 at the Office of the Minorities Welfare Department during the period from 01-01-2012 to 29-02-2012 (i.e., two months). 2. The ceiling limit prescribed for telephone at the Office of Minorities Welfare Department is 1,000 calls per month. The Minorities Welfare (O.P.) Department has not exceeded the limit. 3. The expenditure sanctioned in Para-(1) above, shall be debited to the Head of Account “2225 - Welfare of Scheduled Castes, Scheduled Tribes and other Backward Classes - 80 - General – M.H. 800 - Other expenses – G.H. - 11 – N.S.P. – S.H. (05) – Studies on Social Economic Condition and Programmes of Minorities – 130/132 – Other Office Expenses”. 4. The Drawing Officer, Minorities Welfare (OP-Claims) Department is requested to draw the Cheque in favour of “Accounts Officer (Cash) BSNL, PGMTD, Hyderabad”. 5.
