Praveen Kumar, IAS, Commissioner of Fisheries, along with the Essentiality Certificate for reimbursement of an amount of Rs.27,185 /- towards reimbursement of medical expenses incurred by him towards treatment of his Son for Displaced fracture distal radius of left Wrist at Medi City Hospitals, Hyderabad . In the reference third read above, the Civil Surgeon, Secretariat Dispensary, Hyderabad has allowed an amount of Rs.27,035/- in terms of AIS (MA) Rules 1954. APIMA rules 1972/ G.O. Ms No. 107 dated.14-07-2006. 2) Sanction is hereby accorded for an amount of Rs.27,035-00 (Rupees twenty seven thousand and thirty five only) to K. Praveen Kumar , IAS. towards the reimbursement of medical expenses incurred by him towards his Son for Displaced fracture distal radius of left Wrist at Medi City Hospitals, Hyderabad for the period from 16-10-2011 to 17-10-2011 in terms of the orders issued in G.O.MS NO.447 G.A (SC.X) Department.
