Letter No.7359/OP/A1/2011, M.W (OP) Dept., dated 29-03-2012. 3.From M/s.Naksha Solutions, Begumpet, Hyd, Invoice No.NS/50/2012, dated 29-03-2012. ******* ORDER: In terms of the orders issued in the reference first read above and indent placed in the Government letter send read above, sanction is hereby accorded for incurring an expenditure of Rs.47,755/- (Rupees Forty Seven thousand Seven hundred and fifty five only) towards purchase of Stationary items from M/s.Naksha Solutions, Begampet, Hyderabad, which quoted lowest Prices for use in the Department, duly following the procedure. 2. The expenditure sanctioned in Para (1) above, shall be debited to the Head of Account “2225 – Welfare of Scheduled Castes, Scheduled Tribes and Other Backward Classes:80–General : M.H.800 – Other Expenditure : GH (11) – Normal State Plan SH(05)– Studies on Socio Economic conditions & Programmes of Minorities : 130 - Office Expenses : 132 – Other Office Expenses”. 3. The Drawing Officer, Minorities Welfare (OP-Claims) Department is requested to draw and pay the amount to M/s. Naksha Solutions, Begampet, Hyderabad. 4. This order does not require the concurrence of Finance Department as per rules and orders in force.
