incurred towards Drinking water during the period 02.01.2012 to 30.01.2012 for the
use of staff of this Department - Sanction Orders – Issued.

Read the following:-
1. G.O.Ms.No. 148, Fin & Plg.( Admn.1 TR) Dept. dated 21-10-2000.
2. From M/s. Ganesh Enterprises, Hyderabad, Credit Bill
No.128, dated:14-02-2012 for Rs.1575.
O R D E R :
Sanction is hereby accorded to incur an expenditure of Rs.1575/-(Rupees
One thousand five hundred and seventy five only)) towards the supply of Mineral
Drinking water during the period 02.01.2012 to 30.01.2012 for the use of staff of this
Department from M/s. Ganesh Enterprises, Hyderabad.
2. The amount sanctioned in para one above shall be debited to the following
head of account
“3451-Sectt.Economic Services – M.H.090-Secretariat – S.H.19- AH DD & F
Department – 130 – Office Expenses – 132 – Other Office Expenses”.
3. The AH DD & F (OP) Claims Department shall draw the above amount
sanctioned in para (1) above and shall credit to the Bank account No.
000805008463, I.C.I.C.I Bank , Hyderabad of “M/s. Ganesh Enterprises,
Hyderabad.”
4. This order does not require the concurrence of the Finance Department as per the
rules in force.
