The expenditure sanctioned in Para-(1) above, shall be debited to the Head of Account “2225 - Welfare of Scheduled Castes, Scheduled Tribes and other Backward Classes - 80 - General – M.H. 800 - Other expenses – G.H. - 11 – N.S.P. – S.H. (05) – Studies on Social Economic Condition and Programmes of Minorities – 130/132 – Other Office Expenses”. 3. The Minorities Welfare (O.P-Claims) Department is requested to draw the Cheque in favour of “The Manger, Nirmal Industry, Hyderabad”. 4.
