Read:- G.O.Rt.No. 1270, Finance (Expr.SW) Department, Dated: 29.03.2012. -******- ORDER:- In the G.O. read above, Finance (Expr.SW) Department have issued Budget Release Order to the Minorities Welfare Department, A.P. Secretariat, Hyderabad for an amount of Rs.86,00,00,000/- (Rupees Eighty six crores only) towards Reimbursement of Tuition Fee to the Minority Students for the academic year 2011-12 under the Plan Funds B.E 2011-12 as additional funds in relaxation of Treasury Control orders. 2. In pursuance of the above, Government hereby accord administrative sanction for an amount of Rs.86,00,00,000/- (Rupees Eighty six crores only) towards Reimbursement of Tuition Fee to the Minority Students for the academic year 2011-12 under the Plan Funds B.E 2011-12 as additional funds in relaxation of Treasury Control orders. 3. The Expenditure on account of the above shall be debited to the following head of account as detailed below:- “2225 - Welfare of SCs/STs/OBCs 80 - General MH-800 – Other Expenditure GH-11 - NSP SH-13 - Reimbursement of Tuition Fee 340 - Scholarships & Stipends” 4. The amount indicated at para 1 above shall be debited and adjusted to APSMFC Credit Head: 8449 – Other Deposits, MH : 120 – Miscellaneous Deposits, SH : (38) – Deposits of A.P.S. Minorities Finance Corporation Ltd., P.D. Acc. No. 35. ” (PTO): 2 : 5.
