O R D E R: In the circumstances explained by the Controller of Legal Metrology, AP Hyderabad in the reference read above, under Rule 47 (3) of APTA Rules, permission is accorded to Sri Vinoy Kumar Singh, Inspector General of Police & Controller, Legal Metrology, AP Hyderabad to attend the training workshop on ‘State-Civil Society interface for improved policy performance’ from 16th January, 2012 to 20th January, 2012 at New Delhi with permission to leave the head quarters. The period of absence of the Member of Service in connection with the above tour including the journey time both ways shall be treated as ‘on duty’ and the officer shall be eligible for TA & DA under F.R.(9)(6)(b)(i). 2.
