2. Bills from General Superintendent, P.W.Work Shop & Stores, Hyderabad,
Lr.No..GS/PWDWSS/Hyd/DEE-III/237, Dt.30-12-2011.

O R D E R :
Sanction is hereby accorded for payment of an amount of Rs. 3,200/-
(Rupees Three Thousand Two hundred only) to the P.W.Work Shop & Stores,
Hyderabad towards servicing and oil change, Change of Oil Filters, Check-up of
Indicator lights & Head lights to the Government Vehicle No. AP 9BK 4950 of
Environment, Forests, Science & Technology Department, which is being used by
the Special Chief Secretary to Government, Environment, Forests, Science &
Technology Department.
2. The expenditure sanctioned in Para (1) above shall be debited to “3451 –
Secretariat Economic Services – MH.090 – Secretariat – SH (20) – E.F.S. & T.
Department – 510- Motor Vehicle maintenance”
3. The Environment, Forests, Science & Technology (Claims) Department shall
draw the sanctioned amount in para (1) above and the same amount may be
credited in favour of General Superintendent, P.W.Work Shop & Stores, Mint
Compound, Hyderabad, A/C No.62207994961, S.B.H, Secretariat Branch, MICR
Code 500004056 and IFSC Code SBHY0020077 for settlement of the bill.
4. This order does not require the concurrence of Finance as per rules in force.
