From the Principal Chief Conservator of Forests, AP, Hyderabad, Letter No.49424/2011/V1, Dt.12.12.2011. *** ORDER:- In the reference 1st read above, Sri G.CH. Raja Rao, Secretary of Bogg’s Memorial Centenary Baptist Church, Sattenapalle, Guntur District, has represented the Government for supply of teak wood estimated at about 500 cft at 50% concessional rate for construction of Bogg’s Memorial Centenary Baptist Church building. 2. In the reference 3rd read above, the Principal Chief Conservator of Forests, Andhra Pradesh, Hyderabad has reported that the Church was constructed in the year 1894 and the church is in the demolished condition and it is now proposed to reconstruct a new Church in the same compound. As part of the construction work, they require 500 cft of Teak wood for doors, windows, benches and ventilation work and hence they requested for supply of teak wood estimated at about 500 cft at subsidized rate for this Church building. The Principal Chief Conservator of Forests, Andhra Pradesh, Hyderabad has requested the Government to consider to sanction 500 cft of teak wood to the above Church at concessional rate of 50% on Government rate. 3. Government, after careful examination of the proposal of the Principal Chief Conservator of Forests, Andhra Pradesh, Hyderabad, hereby accord sanction for supply of 500 cft of Teak Wood at a concessional rate of 50% of Govt. rates of Forest Department for construction of Bogg’s memorial Centenary Baptist Church, ABM Compound, Sattenapalle, Guntur District. 4. The Principal Chief Conservator of Forests, Andhra Pradesh, Hyderabad is requested to take necessary action accordingly.
