ENVIRONMENT, FORESTS, SCIENCE & TECHNOLOGY (FOR.III) DEPARTMENT G.O.Rt.No.94 Dt.27.02.2012 Read the following:- From the Principal Chief Conservator of Forests, AP, Hyderabad, Letter No.37652/2011/V1, Dt.17.09.2011 *** ORDER:- In the reference read above, the Principal Chief Conservator of Forests, Andhra Pradesh, Hyderabad has stated that the Bishop-Central Guntur Synod of Andhra Evangelical Lutheran Church, Guntur, has submitted a representation stating that the Kristhu krupaalayam Lutheran Church has started constructing a new Church at Penumaka, Tandepalli Mandalam, in Guntur District by voluntary contribution and hence requested for supply of teak wood estimated at about 300 cft at subsidized rate. The Principal Chief Conservator of Forests, Andhra Pradesh, Hyderabad has requested the Government to consider to sanction 300 cft of teak wood to the above Church at concessional rate of 50% on Government rate. 2. Government, after careful examination of the proposal of the Principal Chief Conservator of Forests, Andhra Pradesh, Hyderabad, hereby accord sanction for supply of 300 cft of Teak Wood at a concessional rate of 50% of Govt. rates of Forest Department to the Bishop-Central Guntur Synod of Andhra Evangelical Lutheran Church, Guntur, for construction of Kristhu krupaalayam Lutheran Church at Undavalli Parish, Penumaka, Tandepalli Mandal, Guntur District. 3. The Principal Chief Conservator of Forests, Andhra Pradesh, Hyderabad is requested to take necessary action accordingly.
