In the reference second read above, orders were issued appointing
Sri Kona Sasidhar, IAS., Vice-Chairman, Visakhapatnam Urban Development
Authority, Visakhapatnam as Election Observer for the Assembly Constituencies of
52 Kharar (Shahibzada Ajit Singh Nagar), 53-S.A.S. Nagar ( Shahibzada Ajit Singh
Nagar) for the General Elections to the State of Punjab from 12-01-2012 to
31-01-2012 and proceeded on the Election duty .
2. Consequently, Secretary, Visakhapatnam Urban Development Authority,
Visakhapatnam is kept in-charge to the post of Vice-Chairman, Visakhapatnam
Urban Development Authority, Visakhapatnam during the above period until further
orders.
