Rt. No. 98 Dated: 01-03-2012 Read the following: 1. From the Director of Animal Husbandry Lr.No.26988/D/D-I/2011, Dt. 21-11-2011 and even letter dated 4-1-2012 2. G.O. Rt.No.477, Finance (BG.II) Department, dated 10-02-2012. * * * * ORDER : In the letter first read above, the Director of Animal Husbandry, Hyderabad has reported that there are seven Livestock farms functioning in the department of Animal Husbandry which are maintaining pigs, Ongole Cattle and Nellore sheep for the benefit of farmers, weaker sections and entrepreneurs in the State and the Government is releasing budget for maintenance of these livestock under different heads of account every year. The expenditure in this regard is met from the budget released under 230-Diet charges. He has also stated that due to freezing of budget during the last two quarters (3rd & 4th) of financial years of 2009-10 and 2010-11, the expenditure under 230-diet charges could not be booked. 2. Hence, he has requested the Government to release the budget of Rs.1,05,03,00 i.e. [a) Rs.33,37,000/-to meet the wages of timescale workers of Cattle, Piggery & Sheep farms + b) Rs.71,66,000/-to meet the Diet charges of Cattle & Piggery farms] by way of re-appropriation from the anticipated savings of the Department to meet the unforeseen Expenditure under wages & Diet components in-relaxation of quarterly regulation for this financial year. 3.
