को अनजधसूजचत करने का प्रस्ट्ताव दकया ह;ै
और यतः, जवकास आयुक्त, जविाखापट्नम जविेष आर्थकक िोन ने उक्त जविेष आर्थकक िोन के 12.25 हक्े टेयर के
सम्पूणक क्षेत्र को अनजधसूजचत करने के प्रस्ट्ताव की संस्ट्तुजत की ह;ै
अतः अब केंि सरकार, जविेष आर्थकक िोन जनयमावली, 2006 के जनयम 8 के प्रथम परंतुक द्वारा प्रित्त िजक्तयों का
प्रयोग करत ेहुए एतद्द्वारा उक्त अजधसूचना को इस उत्सािन स ेपूवक दकए गए कायों या दकए िाने के जलए लोजपत को छोड़कर,
रद्द करती ह।ै

NOTIFICATION
New Delhi, the 22nd July, 2026
S.O. 4056(E).— Whereas, M/s. Rudradev Infopark Private Limited, had proposed under section 3 of the
Special Economic Zones Act, 2005 (28 of 2005), (hereinafter referred to as the said Act) to set up a Special Economic
Zone for Information Technology and Information Technology Enabled Services at Kistapur Village, Chevella Mandal,
Ranga Reddy District, Telangana;
AND, WHEREAS, the Central Government in exercise of the powers conferred by sub-section (1) of section
4 of the said Act read with rule 8 of the Special Economic Zones Rules 2006, had notified an area of 12.25 hectares at
the above Special Economic Zone vide Ministry of Commerce and Industry Notification Number S.O. 837(E) dated
18th May, 2007;
AND, WHEREAS, M/s. Rudradev Infopark Private Limited has now proposed to de-notify the entire area of
12.25 hectares of the above Special Economic Zone;
AND, WHEREAS, the Development Commissioner, Visakhapatnam Special Economic Zone has
recommended the proposal for de-notification of the entire area of 12.25 hectares of the Special Economic Zone;
NOW, THEREFORE, in the exercise of the powers conferred by the first proviso to rule 8 of the Special Economic
Zones Rules 2006, the Central Government hereby rescinds the above notification except for things done or omitted to
be done before such rescission.
