उपर्युक्त विषयक शासनादेश PA-59/3S/7782893/2025/89-099/2/2022 दिनांक
24.2.2025, जिसके द्वारा राजकीय औद्योगिक प्रशिक्षण संस्थान, सलारपुर कला, दादरी, गौतमबुद्धनगर के
भवन निर्माण कार्य हेतु मूल्यांकित लागत रू0 7785.0 लाख पर प्रशासकीय एवं वित्तीय अनुमोदन कतिपय
शर्तों के अधीन प्रदान की गयी है, का कृपया संदर्भ ग्रहण करने का HY करें।
2- इस संबंध में मुझे यह कहने का निदेश हुआ है कि राज्यपाल महोदया राजकीय औद्योगिक प्रशिक्षण
संस्थान, सलारपुर कला, दादरी, गौतमबुद्धनगर के भवन निर्माण कार्य हेतु मूल्यांकित लागत SO 785.70
लाख के सापेक्ष प्रथम किश्त की धनराशि रूपये 892.55 लाख (रूपये आठ करोड़ बानवे लाख पचपन
हजार मात्र) को स्वीकृत करते हुए आपके निर्वतन पर रखे जाने एवं व्यय किये जाने की सहर्ष स्वीकृति उक्त
शासनादेश दिनांक 24.2.2025 में उल्लिखित शर्तों एवं प्रतिबन्धों सहित निम्न शर्तों के अधीन प्रदान करती हैं:-
t. वित्त विभाग के कार्यालय ज्ञाप दिनांक 27.03.2025 में दी गयी शर्तों का अनुपालन सुनिश्चित किया
जायेगा।
2. सेंटेज चार्जेज के संबंध में ACCRA) अनुभाग-2 के शासनादेश दिनांक 77.05.2023 Ud 9.05.2023
का अनुपालन सुनिश्चित किया जायेगा।
3. किसी भी वित्तीय अनियमिमता का उत्तरदायित्व निदेशालय/ कार्यदायी संस्था का होगा।
4. प्रायोजनान्तर्गत प्रस्तावित कार्यो की द्विरावृति को रोकने की दृष्टि से प्रायोजना की स्वीकृति से पूर्व
यह सुनिश्चित किया जायेगा कि स्वीकृत किए जा रहे इस कार्य हेतु पूर्व में राज्य सरकार अथवा किसी
अन्य स्रोत से धनराशि स्वीकृत नहीं की गई है तथा न ही यह कार्य किसी अन्य कार्य योजना में सम्मिलित
है।
5. स्वीकृत धनराशि का व्यय वित्तीय हस्तपुस्तिकाओं के सुसंगत प्राविधानों एवं समय-समय पर शासन
द्वारा निर्गत शासनादेशों के अनुरूप किया जायेगा।
I- यह शासनादेश इलेक्ट्रानिकली जारी किया गया है, अत: इस पर हस्ताक्षर की आवश्यकता नही है I
2- इस शासनादेश की प्रमाणिकता वेब साइट http://shasanadesh.up.gov.in से सत्यापित की जा सकती है।6. Waid धनराशि जिस कार्य/मद में स्वीकृत की जा रही है उसका व्यय प्रत्येक दशा में उसी कार्य/मद
में किया जायेगा।
7. कार्य की विशिष्टियाँ, मानक व गुणवत्ता की जिम्मेदारी निदेशालय/कार्यदायी संस्था की होगी तथा यह
सुनिश्चित करेंगे कि कार्य निर्धारित समय-सीमा अवधि में ही पूर्ण हो जायें।
8. पी0एफ0ए0०डी0 की शर्तो/प्रतिबन्धों का अनुपालन सुनिश्चित किया जायेगा।
9. लेबर सेस की धनराशि का भुगतान श्रम विभाग को किया जायेगा।
3- इस संबंध में होने वाला व्यय रुपये 8,92,55,000 ( रुपये आठ करोड़ बानबे लाख पचपन हजार मात्र )
को चालू वित्तीय. वर्ष 2025-26 के आय-नव्ययक मे अनुदान संख्या 069 लेखा
शीर्षक 4250002030500 राजकीय औद्योगिक प्रशिक्षण संस्थानों का भवन निर्माण मानक मद 24 ded
निर्माण कार्य के नामे डाला जायेगा।
