गई अनजधकृत ्लू तय योगड अ वििजनया तम्ब ाकू की खरीि करने के जलए कनाअटक राज्य ं तम्ब ाकू बयोगडअ के पंिीकृत यापाठरयक
तथा डीलरक कयोग तम्बाकू बयोगड अ अजधजनयं, 1975 के तहत लाग ू सांान्दय सेवा िुल्क के भुगतान पर कनाअटक राज्य ं
अनुंजत प्रिान करती ह ै ।
2. वर्अ 2023 के जलए तम्ब ाकू की फसल के संबंध ं अजधकारक के ठरकाडअ की एक प्रजत प्रस्ट् तुत की िानी ह।ै

NOTIFICATION
New Delhi, the 21st February, 2023
S.O. 794(E).—In exercise of the powers conferred by section 20A, read with clause (g) of sub-section (2) of
section 8 of the Tobacco Board Act, 1975 (Act 4 of 1975), the Central Government hereby authorises the Tobacco
Board to allow the registered traders and dealers of the Tobacco Board to purchase at its auction platforms in the State
of Karnataka during the auctions for Crop Season 2022-23, the excess flue cured virginia tobacco produced by
registered growers and unauthorized flue cured virginia tobacco produced by unregistered growers in the State of
Karnataka on payment of normal applicable service charges under the Tobacco Board Act, 1975.
2. A copy of the Record of Rights in respect of tobacco crop for the year 2023 is to be furnished.

तम्ब ाकू बयोगडअ के जनदििष्अ ट नीलांी ंंचक से की िाए;
ासजलए, अब, तम्ब ाकू बयोगडअ अजधजनयं, 1975 (1975 का 4 की धारा 8 की उप-धारा (2 के खंड (छ के साथ
पठित धारा 30 की उप-धारा (1 द्वारा प्रित् त िजतत यक का प्रययोगग करते एए, केन्द रीय सरकार, एतद्वारा कनाअटक राज्य ं
उतत अजधजनयं की धारा 14(ए की उप धारा (1 के साथ पठित धारा 10 की उप धारा (1 के प्रावधानक के प्रवतअन ं
वर्अ 2022-23 के फसली ंौसं ं फसल की नीलांी के िौरान ढील प्रिान करती ह ैतथा पिं ीकृत उत् पािकक की अजतठरतत
्ल ू तय योगडअ वििजनया तम्ब ाकू की पैिावार तथा अपंिीकृत उत् पािकक की अनजधकृत ्लू तय योगडअ वििजनया तम्ब ाकू की
पैिावार की जबरी तम्ब ाकू बयोगडअ द्वारा प्राजधकृत नीलांी ंंचक पर करने की अनुंजत प्रिान करती ह।ै

NOTIFICATION
New Delhi, the 21st February, 2023
S.O. 795(E).—Whereas, the Central Government is satisfied that circumstances have arisen rendering it
necessary in the public interest, to relax the restrictions imposed by the Tobacco Board Act, 1975 (Act 4 of 1975);
And, whereas, the Central Government considers it necessary to dispose of the excess flue cured virginia
tobacco of registered growers and flue cured virginia tobacco of unregistered growers at the designated auction
platforms of the Tobacco Board in the State of Karnataka;
Now, therefore, in exercise of the powers conferred by sub-section (1) of section 30, read with clause (g) of
sub-section (2) of section 8 of the Tobacco Board Act, 1975 (Act 4 of 1975), the Central Government hereby relaxes
the operation of the provisions of sub-section (1) of section 10 read with sub-section (1) of section 14A of the said Act
in the State of Karnataka during the auctions in the Crop Season 2022-23, and permits the sale of excess flue cured
virginia tobacco crop of the registered growers and unauthorised flue cured virginia tobacco crop of the unregistered
growers at the auction platforms authorised by the Tobacco Board.
