S.O. 3261(E).— In the notifications of the Government of India, Ministry of Railways published in
the Gazette of India, Extraordinary, Part II, Section 3, Sub-section(ii), The Notification S.O 2691(E), dated
12.06.2023 confers Clause 37A of Section 2 of the Railways (Amendment) Act, 2008 read as Railways Act,
1989 and S.O 3819(E), dated 28.08.2023 confers Clause 7A of Section 2 of the Railways (Amendment) Act,
2008 read as Railways Act, 1989 regarding land acquisition for “Doubling of Track between Pakala - Tirupati
(42 Km)” the Ministry of Railways hereby decided to repeal the Notification S.O 2691(E), dated 12.06.2023
and Notification S.O 3819 (E), dated 28.08.2023 for administrative reasons.
