अर्ाित ् आध्रं प्रदेि राज्य के जतरुपजत जिल े में “येपडे ु-पुजड स्ट्टेिनों के बीच बाइपास लाइन (25.36 ककमी.)” के जनष्पादन के
जलए आवश्यक ह,ै एतद्द्वारा ऐसी भूजम का अजधग्रहण करन े की अपनी मिं ा की घोषणा करती है;
उक्त भूजम में जहतबद्ध कोई भी व्यजक्त, उक्त अजधजनयम की धारा 20डी की उप-धारा (I) के अतं गित पूवोक्त प्रयोिन
के जलए ऐसी भूजम के अजधग्रहण और उपयोग के संबंध म ें आजधकाररक रािपत्र म ें इस अजधसचू ना के प्रकािन की तारीख
से तीस कदनों की अवजध के भीतर भू-अििन में अपनी आपजत्त दिि करा सकता ह.ै
प्रत्येक ऐसी आपजत्त, सिम प्राजधकारी, अर्ाित रािस्ट्व मंडल अजधकारी (भूजम अजधग्रहण), श्रीकालहस्ट्ती, जतरुपजत
जिले को जलजखत रूप में की िाएगी और उसके आधारों को जनधािररत की िाएगी तर्ा सिम प्राजधकारी अर्ाित् रािस्ट्व
मंडल अजधकारी (भूजम अजधग्रहण), श्रीकालहस्ट्ती, जतरुपजत जिला, आपजत्तकताि को व्यजक्तगत रूप से या कानूनी व्यवसायी
द्वारा सुनवाई का अवसर दगे ा और ऐसी सभी आपजत्तयों को सुनने के बाद तर्ा आगे ऐसी की िांच करने के पश्चात् यकद
सिम प्राजधकारी यह आवश्यक समझता ह ैतो वह ककसी आदेि द्वारा आपजत्तयों को स्ट्वीकार या अस्ट्वीकार कर सकता ह.ै

NOTIFICATION
Secunderabad , the 1st August, 2025
S.O. 3791(E).—In exercise of the powers conferred by sub-section (I) of section 20A of the Railway Act,
1989 (24 of 1989) (hereinafter referred as in as the said Act), the Central Government, after being satisfied that for the
public purpose, the land, the brief description of which is given in the Schedule annexed hereto, is required for the
purpose of execution of the Special Railway Project namely, “Bypass line between Yerpedu–Pudi stations (25.36
Km.)”, in Tirupati district in the state of Andhra Pradesh, hereby declares its intention to acquire such land:
Any person interested in the said land may, within a period of thirty days from the date of publication of this
notification in the official gazette, raise objections to the acquisition and use of such land for the aforesaid purpose
under sub- section (1) of section 20D of the said act:
Every such objection shall be made to the Competent Authority, namely Revenue Divisional Officer (land
acquisition), Srikalahasthi, Tirupati district in writing and shall set out the grounds thereof and the Competent
Authority namely Revenue Divisional Officer (land acquisition), Srikalahasthi, Tirupati district shall give the objector
an opportunity of being heard, either in person or by legal practitioner and may, after hearing all such objections and
after making such further enquiry, if any, as the Competent Authority thinks necessary, by order, either allow or

Any order made by the Competent Authority under sub-section (II) of section 20(D) of the said act shall be
final.
The land plans and other details of the land covered under this notification are available and can be inspected
by the interested person at the aforesaid office of the Competent Authority.
