जहतप्रद्ध कोई भी व्यजि, उपयुिि अजधजनयम की धारा 20डी की उप-धार(I) के अतं गति उपयिुि उद्देश्य के जलए ऐसी भूजम के अजधग्रहण और उपयोग के संबंध में सरकारी रािपत्र म ें इस अजधसचू ना के प्रकािन की तारीख से तीस (30) कदनों की अवधी के भीतर भ-ू अििन में अपनी आपजत दिि करा सकता ह.ै ऐसी प्रत्येक आपजत, सिम प्राजधकारी, अथाित ् रािस्ट्व मंडल अजधकारी, गुंटूर, गुंटूर जिला को जलजखत रूप में दी िाएगी और उसके आधारों को RAILWAY) NOTIFICATION Secunderabad, the 24th July, 2024 S.O. 2970(E).— In exercise of the power conferred by sub-section (I) of Section 20-A of the Railways Act, 1989 (24 of 1989) (hereinafter referred to as the said Act), the Central Government after being satisfied that for the public purpose, the land, the brief description of which is given in the schedule annexed hereto, is required for execution of the special railway project, Doubling of railway line between Guntur – Bibinagar Stations in Guntur District in the state of Andhra Pradesh, hereby declares its intention to acquire such land. Any person interested in the said land may, within a period of thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notification in the official gazette, raise objection to the acquisition and use of such land for the aforesaid purpose under sub-section (1) of Section 20(D) of the said Act. Every such objection shall be made to the Competent Authority, namely Revenue Divisional Officer Guntur, Guntur District in writing and shall be set out the grounds there of and the Competent Authority and Revenue Divisional Officer, Guntur of Guntur District shall give the objector an opportunity of being heard, either in person or by legal practitioner and may, after hearing all such objections and after making such further enquiry, if any as the Competent Authority thinks necessary, by, order, either allow or disallow the objections.[भाग II—खण् ड 3(ii)] भारत का रािपत्र : असाधारण 7 Any order made by the Competent Authority under sub section (II) of section 20(D) of the said act shall be final.
