के जलए भूजम, जिसका संजिप्त जववरण इसके साथ संलग्न अनुसचू ी में कदया गया ह,ै जविेष रेलवे पररयोिना अथाित तले गं ाना राज्य
के यादाद्री भुवनजगरी जिले म ेंगटुं ूर और बीबीनगर स्ट्टेिनों के बीच रेलपथ दोहरीकरण के जनष्पादन, अनरु िण, प्रबंधन और प्रचालन
के जलए आवश्यक ह,ै एतदद्वारा ऐसी भूजम का अजधग्रहण करन ेकी अपनी इच्छा की घोषणा करता ह.ै
उि भूजम में जहतप्रद्ध कोई भी व्यजि, उपयिुि अजधजनयम की धारा 20डी की उप-धार(I) के अंतगति उपयिुि उद्देश्य के
जलए ऐसी भूजम के अजधग्रहण और उपयोग के संबंध म ेंसरकारी रािपत्र में इस अजधसूचना के प्रकािन की तारीख से तीस कदनों की
अवधी के भीतर भू-अििन में अपनी आपजत दिि करा सकता ह.ै
ऐसी प्रत्येक आपजत, सिम प्राजधकारी, अथाित रािस्ट्व मंडल अजधकारी, चौटुप्पल को जलजखत रूप में दी िाएगी और
उसके आधारों को जनधािररत की िाएगी तथा सिम प्राजधकारी आपजतकताि को व्यजिगत रूप से या कानूनी व्यवसायी द्वारा सुनवाई
का अवसर देगा और ऐसी सभी आपजतयों को सुनने के बाद तथा आगे ऐसी िांच करन ेके बाद, यकद सिम प्राजधकारी यह आवश्यक
समझता ह ैतो वह ककसी आदेि द्वारा आपजतयों को स्ट्वीकार या अस्ट्वीकार कर सकता ह.ै
उि अजधजनयम की धारा 20(डी) की उप-धारा (II) के अंतगित सिम प्राजधकारी का कोई भी आदेि अंजतम होगा.

NOTIFICATION
Secunderabad, the 27th May, 2025
S.O. 2362(E).— In exercise of powers conferred by sub-section (1) of section 20A of the Railways Act,1989
(24 of 1989) (hereinafter referred to as the said Act) the Central Government, after being satisfied that for the public
purpose, the land, the brief description of which is given in the Schedule below, is required for the purpose of execution,
maintenance, management and operation of the Special Railway Project namely “Doubling of Railway line between
Guntur and Bibinagar Stations” in the district of Yadadri Bhuvanagiri in the State of Telangana hereby declares its
intention to acquire such land.
Any person interested in the said land may, within a period of thirty days from the date of publication of this
notification in the Official Gazette, raise objections to the acquisition of such land for the aforesaid purpose under sub-
section (1) of section 20D of the said Act.
Every such objection shall be made to the Competent Authority, namely, Revenue Divisional Officer, Choutuppal
in writing and shall set out the grounds thereof and the Competent Authority shall give the objector an opportunity of
being heard, either in person or by a legal practitioner, and may, after hearing all such objections and after making such
further enquiry, if any as the competent authority thinks necessary, by order, either allow or disallow the objections.
Any order made by the Competent Authority under sub-section (2) of section 20-D of the said Act shall be final.
The land plans and other details of the land covered under this notification are available and can be inspected by
the interested person at the aforesaid office of the Competent Authority. Compensation will be awarded as per The Right
to Fair Compensation and Transparency in Land Acquisition, Rehabilitation and Resettlement Act, 2013 (Act No.30
