सावििजनक उद्देश्य के जलए भूजम, जिसका संजिप्त जववरण इसके साथ संलग्न अनुसूची म ें कदया गया ह,ै अथाति ् आंध्र प्रदेि
राज्य के नद्यं ाल जिल े म ें जविेष रेलव े पररयोिना, “ मदु खडे – डोन के बीच रेलपथ दोहरीकरण ” के जनष्पादन के जलए
आवश्यक ह,ै एतदद्वारा ऐसी भूजम का अजधग्रहण करन े की अपनी इच्छा की घोषणा करता ह.ै
उि भूजम में जहतप्रद्ध कोई भी व्यजि, उपयुिि अजधजनयम की धारा 20डी की उप-धार(I) के अंतगित उपयुिि
उद्देश्य के जलए ऐसी भूजम के अजधग्रहण और उपयोग के संबंध में सरकारी रािपत्र म ें इस अजधसूचना के प्रकािन की तारीख
से तीस कदनों की अवधी के भीतर भू-अििन में अपनी आपजत दिि करा सकता ह.ै
ऐसी प्रत्येक आपजत, सिम प्राजधकारी, अथाित् जविेष उप कलक्टर (एफएसी, (एल.ए.), न्यू बी.िी.रेलवे लाइन,
नंद्याल जिला आध्रं प्रदेि राज्य को जलजखत रूप म ें दी िाएगी और उसके आधारों को जनधारि रत की िाएगी तथा सिम
प्राजधकारी, अथाित् जविेष उप कलक्टर (एफएसी), (एल.ए.), न्यू बी.िी.रेलवे लाइन, नद्यं ाल जिला आंध्र प्रदेि राज्य
आपजतकताि को व्यजिगत रूप से या कानूनी व्यवसायी द्वारा सुनवाई का अवसर देगा और ऐसी सभी आपजतयों को सुनन े के

NOTIFICATION
Secunderabad, the 2nd May, 2025
S.O. 1994(E).—In exercise of the power conferred by Sub-Section (I) of section 20A of the Railways
Act, 1989 (24 of 1989) (hereafter referred as in as the said Act.), Central Government after being satisfied that for the
public purpose, the land, the brief description of which is given in the schedule annexed hereto, is required for
execution of the special railway project, Mudkhed – Dhone Doubling of track in Nandyal district in the state of
Andhra Pradesh, hereby declares its intention to acquire such land.
Any person interested in the said land may, within a period of Thirty days from the date of publication of this
notification in the official Gazette, raise objection to the acquisition and use of such land for the aforesaid purposes
under sub-section (1) of section 20D of the said Act.
Every such objection shall be made to the Competent Authority, namely, the Special Deputy Collector
(FAC), (L.A.) New B.G.Railway Line, Nandyal District, Andhra Pradesh State, in writing and shall set out the
grounds thereof and the Competent Authority, the Special Deputy Collector (FAC), (L.A.) New B.G.Railway Line,
Nandyal district shall give the objector an opportunity of being heard, either in person or by a legal practitioner, and
may, after hearing all such objections and after making such further enquiry, if any, as the competent authority thinks
necessary by order, either allow or disallow the objections.
Any order made by the Competent Authority under sub-section (II) of section 20D of the said Act shall be
final.
The land plans and other details of land covered under this notification are available and can be inspected by
