L.-33004/99 सी.जी.-टी.एल.-अ.-15092026-276222 CG-TLxx-xEG-I1D5H0x9x2x0 26-276222 xxxGIDExxx असाधारण EXTRAORDINARY भाग II—खण् ड 3—उप-खण्ड (ii) PART II—Section 3—Sub-section (ii) प्राजधकार स ेप्रकाजित PUBLISHED BY AUTHORITY स.ं 4870] नई कदल्ली, िजनवार, जसतम्ब र 12, 2026/भाद्र 21, 1948 No. 4870] NEW DELHI, SATURDAY, SEPTEMBER 12, 2026/BHADRA 21, 1948 रेल मत्रं ालय (दजिण मध्य रेलव)े अजधसचू ना जसकंदराबाद, 11 जसतम्ब र, 2026 का.आ. 5060(अ).— रेलवे अजधजनयम, 1989 (1989 का 24) (इसके बाद उक्त अजधजनयम के रूप म ें संदर्भित) की धारा 20ए की उप-धारा (I) द्वारा प्रदत्त िजक्तयों का प्रयोग करते हुए, केंद्र सरकार इस बात से संतुष्ट होन े के पश्चात् कक सावििजनक उद्देश्य के जलए भूजम, जिसका संजिप्त जववरण इसके साथ संलग्न अनुसूची में कदया गया ह,ै तले गं ाना राज्य के जनजामाबाद जिले म ें इंदलवाई और जसरनापल्ली स्ट्टेिनों के बीच जविेष रेलव े पररयोिना अथाित ् मुदखडे -डोन रेलपथ दोहरीकरण के जनष्पादन के जलए आवश्यक ह,ै एतद्द्वारा ऐसी भूजम का अजधग्रहण करने की अपनी इच्छा की घोषणा करती ह;ै उक्त भूजम में जहतप्रद्ध कोई भी व्यजक्त उक्त अजधजनयम की धारा 20डी की उप-धार (1) के अंतगित उपयक्तुि उद्देश्य के जलए ऐसी भूजम के अजधग्रहण और उपयोग के संबंध में सरकारी रािपत्र में इस अजधसूचना के प्रकािन की तारीख से तीस कदनों की अवधी के भीतर भू-अििन में अपनी आपजत्त दिि करा सकता ह.ै ऐसी प्रत्येक आपजत्त, सिम प्राजधकारी, अथाित ्रािस्ट्व मंडल अजधकारी और भूजम अजधग्रहण अजधकारी, जनजामाबाद को जलजखत रूप में दी िाएगी और उसके आधारों को जनधािररत की िाएगी तथा सिम प्राजधकारी संयुक्त कलक्टर (भूजम अजधग्रहण), जतरुपजत, जतरुपजत जिला आपजत्तकताि को व्यजक्तगत रूप से या काननू ी व्यवसायी द्वारा सुनवाई का अवसर दगे ा 7046 GI/2026 (1)2 THE GAZETTE OF INDIA : EXTRAORDINARY [PART II—SEC. 3(ii)] और ऐसी सभी आपजत्तयों को सनु ने के बाद तथा आगे ऐसी िाचं करने के बाद, यकद सिम प्राजधकारी यह आवश्यक समझता ह ैतो वह ककसी आदेि द्वारा आपजत्तयों को स्ट्वीकार या अस्ट्वीकार कर सकता ह.ै उक्त अजधजनयम की धारा 20(डी) की उप-धारा (II) के अंतगित सिम प्राजधकारी का कोई भी आदेि अंजतम होगा.
इस अजधसूचना के अंतगित िाजमल की गई भूजम की भू-योिनाएं और अन्य जववरण उपयुिक्त सिम प्राजधकारी के कायािलय में उपलब्ध ह ैंतथा इच्छुक व्यजक्त द्वारा इनका जनरीिण ककया िा सकता ह.ै अनसु चू ी -I तेलगं ाना राज्य के तले गं ाना राज्य के जनजामाबाद जिले म ेंइंदलवाई और जसरनापल्ली स्ट्टेिनों के बीच जविेष रेलवे पररयोिना अथाित् मुदखडे -डोन रेलपथ दोहरीकरण के जलए ककसी संरचना सजहत या उसके रजहत अर्िित की िान े वाली भूजम का संजिप्त जववरण.

NOTIFICATION Secunderabad, the 11th September, 2026 S.O. 5060(E).— In exercise of the power conferred by sub-section (I) of section 20A of the Railways Act, 1989 (24 of 1989) (hereafter referred as in as the said Act), Central Government after being satisfied that for the public purpose, the land, the brief description of which is given in the schedule annexed hereto, is required for execution of the Special Railway Project, Mudkhed - Dhone Doubling in of Track between Indalwai and Sirnapally Stations Nizamabad district in the state of Telangana, hereby declares its intention to acquire such land:
Any person interested in the said land may, within a period of thirty days from the date of publication of this
notification in the official gazette, raise objection to the acquisition and use of such land for the aforesaid purpose under sub- section (1) of section 20D of the said act:
Every such objection shall be made to the competent authority, namely Revenue Divisional Officer and Land Acquisition Officer, Nizamabad in writing and shall set out the grounds thereof and the competent authority shall give the objector an opportunity of being heard, either in person or by legal practitioner and may, after hearing all such objections and after making such further enquiry, if any as the competent authority thinks necessary, by order, either allow or disallow the objections.
Any order made by the competent authority under sub section (II) of section 20(D) of the said act shall be final.
The land plans and other details of the land under this notification are available and can be inspected by the interested person at the aforesaid office of the competent authority.
