फरवरी, 2025 का.आ. 680(अ).— रेलवे अजधजनयम 1989 (1989 का 24) (इसके बाद उक्त अजधजनयम के रूप म ें संदर्भित), की धारा 20ए की उप-धारा (I) द्वारा प्रद्त्त िजक्त का प्रयोग करते हुए, केंद्र सरकार इस बात स े संतुष्ट होने के बाद कक सावििजनक उद्देश्य के जलए भूजम, जिसका संजिप्त जववरण इसके साथ संलग्न अनुसूची म ें कदया गया ह,ै तेलगं ाना राज्य के सूयािपेट जिले के मल्े लचेरुव ु मडं ल में (02) गांव, मट्टमपल्ली मंडल में (04) गांव, और पालकवीडु मंडल म ें (02) गांव म ें जविेष रेलवे पररयोिना, मोटुमारर और जवष्णपु रु म के बीच दोहरीकरण के जनष्पादन के जलए आवश्यक ह,ै एतदद्वारा ऐसी भूजम का अजधग्रहण करन े की अपनी इच्छा की घोषणा करता ह;ै उक्त भूजम म ें जहतबद्ध कोई भी व्यजक्त, उपयक्तुि अजधजनयम की धारा 20डी की उप-धार(I) के अंतगित उपयक्तुि उद्देश्य के जलए ऐसी भूजम के अजधग्रहण और उपयोग के संबंध म ें सरकारी रािपत्र म ें इस अजधसूचना के प्रकािन की तारीख स े तीस (30) कदनों की अवधी के भीतर भ-ू अििन म ेंअपनी आपजत दिि करा सकता ह.ै ऐसी प्रत्येक आपजत, सिम प्राजधकारी, अथाित् रािस्ट्व मडं ल अजधकारी, हुजूरनगर को जलजखत रूप म ें दी िाएगी तथा उसके आधारों को जनधािररत की िाएगी और सिम प्राजधकारी, अथाित ् रािस्ट्व मंडल अजधकारी, हुजूरनगर आपजतकता ि को व्यजक्तगत रूप स े या कानूनी व्यवसायी द्वारा सुनवाई का अवसर देगा एवं ऐसी सभी Any person interested in the said land may, within a period of thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notification in the official gazette, raise objection to the acquisition and use of such land for the aforesaid purpose under sub- section (1) of section 20D of the said act: Every such objection, shall be made to the Competent Authority, namely Revenue Divisional Officer, Huzurnagar in writing and shall be set out the grounds there of and the Competent Authority and Revenue Divisional Officer, Huzurnagar shall give the objector an opportunity of being heard, either in person or by legal practitioner and may, after hearing all such objections and after making such further enquiry, if any as the Competent Authority thinks necessary, by order, either allow or disallow the objections. Any order made by the Competent Authority under sub section (2) of section 20(D) of the said act shall be final. The land plans and other details of the land under this notification are available and can be inspected by the interested persons at the aforesaid office of the competent authority.
