उक्त भूजम में जहतप्रद्ध कोई भी व्यजक्त उक्त अजधजनयम की धारा 20डी की उप-धारा (1) के अतं गित उपयुिक्त उद्देश्य के जलए ऐसी भूजम के अजधग्रहण और उपयोग के संबंध में सरकारी रािपत्र में इस अजधसूचना के प्रकािन की तारीख से तीस (30) कदनों की अवधी के भीतर भू-अिनि म ेंअपनी आपजत्त दिि करा सकता ह;ै ऐसी प्रत्येक आपजत्त, सिम प्राजधकारी, अथाति ् उप-जवभागीय अजधकारी तथा भूजम अजधग्रहण अजधकारी िलगांव िामोद, बुलढाणा जिला को जलजखत रूप में दी िाएगी और उसके आधारों को जनधािररत की िाएगी तथा सिम प्राजधकारी उप-जवभागीय अजधकारी तथा भूजम अजधग्रहण अजधकारी िलगांव िामोद, बुलढाणा जिला आपजत्तकताि को व्यजक्तगत रूप से या काननू ी व्यवसायी द्वारा सुनवाई का अपसर दगे ा और ऐसी सभी आपजत्तयों को सुनन े के बाद तथा आग े ऐसी िांच करने के बाद, यकद सिम प्राजधकारी यह आवश्यक समझता ह ै तो वह ककसी आदेि द्वारा आपजत्तयों को स्ट्वीकार या अस्ट्वीकार कर सकता ह;ै 6423 GI/2025 (1)2 THE GAZETTE OF INDIA : EXTRAORDINARY [PART II—SEC. 3(ii)] उक्त अजधजनयम की धारा 20डी की उप-धारा (II) के अतं गति सिम प्राजधकारी का कोई भी आदेि अंजतम होगा; The land plans and other details of the land under this notification are available and can be inspected by the interested person at the aforesaid office of the competent authority.
