तारीख 22 िनवरी 2025 (जिसे इसम ें इसके पश्चात उक्त अजधसूचना कहा गया ह)ै , द्वारा उक्त अजधजनयम से उपाबद्ध

“नवराष्ट्र”, “नवभारत” एवं “लोकमत टाइम्स” म ें12 ददसंबर 2024 को तथा “नवराष्ट्र”, “नवभारत” एवं “लोकमत टाइम्स” म ें
31 िनवरी 2025 को प्रकाजित दकया गया था.

और, उक्त अजधजनयम की धारा 20(ई) की उप-धारा (1) के अनुसरण म ें सिम प्राजधकारी न े इसकी ररपोटग केंद्रीय
सरकार को प्रस्ट्तुत कर दी ह.ै
अत: अब केंद्रीय सरकार, सिम प्राजधकारी के उक्त ररपोटग की प्राजप्त तथा उक्त अजधजनयम की धारा 20ई की उप-
धारा (1) द्वारा प्रदत िजक्तयों का प्रयोग करत ेहुए, यह घोषणा करती ह ैदक इससे उपाबध्द अनसूची म ेंजवजनर्दष्टग भूजम पूवोक्त
प्रयोिन के जलए अर्िगत की िाएगी.
और यह दक केंद्रीय सरकार उक्त अजधजनयम की धारा 20ई की उप-धारा (2) के अनुसरण म ें यह घोषणा करती ह ै

NOTIFICATION
Secunderabad, the 6th June, 2025
S.O. 2503(E).— Whereas, by the notification of the Government of India, in the Ministry of Railways
(Railway Board), number, S.O 5444 (E) dated the 16 December 2024 and S.O 371 (E) dated 22 January 2025 published
in Gazette of India, Extraordinary, Part II, section 3 Sub-section(ii), dated the 16 December 2024 and dated 22 January
2025 (hereinafter referred to as the said notification) and issued under sub-section (1) of section 20(A) of the Railway
Act, 1989 (24 of 1989), the Central Government declared its intention to acquire the land specified in the schedule
annexed to the said notification for the purpose of execution, maintenance, management and operation of Special
Railway Project, namely Ankai Bypass Line project in the District of Nashik in the State of Maharashtra.
And whereas, the substance of the said notification was published in daily News Paper “NavRashtra”
"Navbharat" & "Lokmat Times" dated 12December 2024 and “NavRashtra” "Navbharat" & "Lokmat Times" dated
31 January 2025, under sub section (4) of section 20A of the said Act,
And whereas, in Ankute village no objections were received and accordingly orders have been passedby the
Competent Authority;
And whereas, in pursuance of sub-section (1) of 20 (E) of the said Act, the competent authority has submitted its
report to the Central Government,
Now therefore, upon receipt of the report of the Competent Authority and in exercise of the powers conferred
by sub-section (1) of section 20 E. of the said Act, the Central Government hereby declares that the lands specified in
the schedule annexed hereto shall be acquired for the aforesaid purpose,
And further, in pursuance of sub-section (2) of section 20E of the said Act, the Central Government hereby
declares that on publication of this notification in the official Gazette, the land specified in the schedule annexed hereto
shall vest absolutely in the Central government free from all encumbrances.
