और िबदक, उक्त अजधसूचना का सार उक्त अजधजनयम की धारा 20ए की उप-धारा (4) के अंतगित दैजनक समाचारपत्रों, “सािी (तेलगु ु)” और “द न्य ू इंजडया एक्सप्रेस (अग्रं ेिी)” म ें 23 अगस्ट्त, 2025 को के. सूयनि ारायण, मुखय इंिीजनयर-III, जनमािण सगं ठन, जसकंदराबाद द्वारा प्रकाजित दकया गया था; और चूंदक वैधाजनक समय सीमा के भीतर कोई आपजि दि ि नहीं की गई ह.ै और िबदक, उक्त अजधजनयम की धारा 20ई की उप-धारा (1) के अनुसरण म ेंसिम प्राजधकारी ने इसकी ररपोटि केंद्र सरकार को प्रस्ट्तुत कर दी ह;ै 122 GI/2026 (1)2 THE GAZETTE OF INDIA : EXTRAORDINARY [PART II—SEC. 3(ii)] अत: अब केंद्र सरकार, सिम प्राजधकारी स ेउक्त ररपोटि के प्राप्त होने पर और उक्त अजधजनयम की धारा 20ई की उप- धारा (1) द्वारा प्रदत िजक्तयों का प्रयोग करत ेहुए, यह घोषणा करती ह ैदक इससे उपाबद्ध अनसु ूची म ेंजवजनर्दिष्ट भूजम पूवोक्त प्रयोिन के जलए अर्िित की िाएगी; And whereas, the substance of the said notification was published in daily newspapers namely “Sakshi(Telugu), and The New India Express (English)” on 23rd August 2025 by K.Suryanaryana, Chief Engineer-III, Construction Organization Secunderabad under sub section (4) of section 20A of the said Act; And whereas no objections have been filed within the statutory time limit. And whereas, in pursuance of sub-section (1) of 20E of the said Act, the competent authority has submitted its report to the Central Government; Now therefore, upon receipt of the report of the Competent Authority and in exercise of the powers conferred by sub-section (1) of section 20E of the said Act, the Central Government hereby declares that the lands specified in the schedule annexed hereto shall be acquired for the aforesaid purpose; And further, in pursuance of sub-section (2) of section 20E of the said Act, the Central Government here by declares that on publication of this notification in the official Gazette, the land specified in the schedule annexed here to shall vest absolutely in the Central Government free from all encumbrances SCHEDULE Brief description of the land to be acquired with or without structure for the Special Railway Project, Bypass line between Yerpedu– Pudi stations (25.36 Km) in the state of Andhra Pradesh.
