और िबदक, उक्त अजधसूचना का सार, तले ुगु समाचार पत्रों में “वेलुगु (तले ुग)ु ”, “सािी (तले ुग)ु ”, “द डहदं ू(अग्रेिी)” और “द मनु जसफ दैजनक (उदि)ू म ेंददनांक 19.02.2026 को मोतीलाल भूक्या, मुखय इंिीजनयर, जनमािण- II, दजिण मध्य रेलवे, जसकंदराबाद के अनुमोदन से प्रकाजित दकया गया था;

6637 GI/2026 (1)2 THE GAZETTE OF INDIA : EXTRAORDINARY [PART II—SEC. 3(ii)] और िबदक एलए घनपुर(स्ट्टे) के जलए सिम प्राजधकारी न े धारा 20डी के अतं गति आपजियां प्राप्त की और िांच परू ी होने के बाद रेलवे अजधजनयम 1989 की धारा 20डी की उपधारा (2) के अंतगित आपजियों को अस्ट्वीकाय ि दकया गया और तदनुसार आदेि पाररत दकए गए और, िबदक उक्त अजधजनयम की धारा 20ई की उपधारा (1) के अनुसरण म,ें सिम प्राजधकारी ने इसकी ररपोटि केंद्र सरकार को प्रस्ट्तुत कर दी ह ै;

अत: अब सिम प्राजधकारी स े उक्त ररपोटि के प्राप्त होने पर और उक्त अजधजनयम की धारा 20ई की उप-धारा (1) द्वारा प्रदत िजक्तयों का प्रयोग करते हुए, केंद्र सरकार एतद्द्वारा यह घोर्णा करती ह ैदक इससे उपाबद्ध अनुसूची म ें जवजनर्दिष्ट भूजम पूवोक्त प्रयोिन के जलए अर्िित की िाएगी;

और यह दक उक्त अजधजनयम की धारा 20ई की उप-धारा (2) के अनुसरण म ेंकेंद्र सरकार एतद्द्वारा यह घोर्णा करती ह ैदक आजधकाररक रािपत्र म ेंइस अजधसूचना के प्रकाजित होन ेपर इससे उपाबद्ध अनुसूची म ेंजवजनर्दिष्ट भूजम सभी जवलगं मो स े मुक्त होकर केंद्र सरकार म ें आतयांदकत रूप स े जनजहत हो िाएगी.

NOTIFICATION Secunderabad, the 27th August, 2026 S.O. 4783(E).— Whereas, by the notification of the Government of India, in the Ministry of Railways (Railway Board), number,S.O.769(E), dated the 11.02.2026, published in Gazette of India, Extraordinary, Part II, Section 3, Sub-Section (ii),gazette No.731 dated the 13.02.2026 and issued under sub-section (1) of section 20A of the Railways Act, 1989 (24 of 1989) (hereinafter referred to as the said Act), the Central Government, declared its intention to acquire the land specified in the Schedule annexed to the said notification for the Purpose of execution, maintenance, management and operation of the Special Railway Project namely, “Construction of Ghanpur TSS in Secunderabad -Kazipet section for up-gradation work of Electric Traction System from 1x25KV to 2x25 KV traction system to meet 3000MT loading target ” in Ghanpur (stn) Village & Mandal in Jangaon District in the state of Telangana.[भाग II—खण् ड 3(ii)] भारत का रािपत्र : असाधारण 3 And, whereas, the substance of the said notification was published in the daily newspapers namely the “Velugu

(Telugu)”, “Sakshi (Telugu)”, “The Hindu (English)”, “Vaartha(Hindi)” and “The Munsif Daily(Urdu)” dated 19 February, 2026 with the approval of Mothilal Bhookya, Chief Engineer/Con-II, South Central Railway, Secunderabad And, whereas, Competent authority for LA Ghanpur (Stn)) received objections U/s 20D and after completion of enquiry disallowed the objections under subsection (2) of section 20D of Railways Act 1989. And, whereas, in pursuance of sub-section (1) of section 20E of this Act, the competent authority has submitted its report to the Central Government;

Now, therefore, upon receipt of the said report of the competent authority, and in exercise of the powers conferred by sub-section (1) of section 20E of the Said Act, the Central Government hereby declares that the lands specified in the Schedule annexed hereto shall be acquired for the aforesaid purpose;

And, further, in pursuance of sub-section (2) of section 20E of the said Act, the Central Government hereby declares that on publication of this notification in the Official Gazette, the land specified in the Schedule annexed hereto shall vest absolutely in the Central Government free from all encumbrances.
