दजिण मध्य रेलवे, जसकंदराबाद के अनुमोदन स े प्रकाजित ककया गया था;
और िबकक भूजम अजधग्रहण के जलए सिम प्राजधकारी अथाित रािस्ट्व मडं ल अजधकारी, बापट्ला को धारा 20डी
आपजियां प्राप्त हुई और रेलवे अजधजनयम 1989 के धारा 20डी के उप-धारा(2) अंतगित इनपर जवचारोपरांत आपजियों को
अस्ट्वीकार ककया गया और तदनुसार आदेि पाररत ककए गए. एव ं िबकक, उक्त अजधजनयम की धारा 20ई की उप-धारा (1)

के अनुसरण म ेंसिण प्राजधकारी ने इसकी ररपोटि केंद्र सरकार को प्रस्ट्तुत कर दी ह;ै
अत: अब सिम प्राजधकारी स े उक्त ररपोटि के प्राप्त होने पर और उक्त अजधजनयम की धारा 20ई की उप-धारा (1)
द्वारा प्रदत िजक्तयों का प्रयोग करते हुए, केंद्र सरकार एतद्द्वारा यह घोषणा करती ह ै कक इससे उपाबद्ध अनुसूची म ें जवजनर्दिष्ट
भूजम पूवोक्त प्रयोिन के जलए अर्िित की िाएगी;
और यह कक उक्त अजधजनयम की धारा 20ई की उप-धारा (2) के अनुसरण म ें केंद्र सरकार एतद्द्वारा यह घोषणा
करती ह ै कक आजधकाररक रािपत्र म ें इस अजधसूचना के प्रकाजित होन े पर इससे उपाबद्ध अनुसूची म ें जवजनर्दिष्ट भूजम सभी

NOTIFICATION
Visakhapatnam, the 18th August, 2026
S.O. 4575(E) .— Whereas, by the notification of the Government of India, in the Ministry of Railways
(Railway Board), number, S.O.2388(E), dated the 27th April, 2026 published in Gazette of India vide Gazette No.2297
Extraordinary, Part II, Section 3, Sub-Section (ii), dated the 11th May, 2026 and issued under sub-section (1) of section
20A of the Railways Act, 1989 (24 of 1989) (hereinafter referred to as the said Act), the Central Government, declared
its intention to acquire the land specified in the Schedule annexed to the said notification for the Purpose of execution,
maintenance, management and operation of the Special Railway Project namely, “Construction of Muddanuru TSS in
Guntakal –Kadapa section for Up-gradation work of Electric Traction System from 1 X 25 KV to 2 X 25 KV to meet
3000 MT loading target” in Muddanuru village & Mandal in YSR Kadapa District in the state of Andhra Pradesh.
And, whereas, the substance of the said notification was published in the daily newspapers namely the “Sakshi
(YSR kadapa Main)” (Telugu),”ABN Andhra Jyothi” (Telugu), “and Deccan chronicle” (English), “dated 15th May,
2026 with the approval of H.K. Bhagoria, Chief Engineer, Construction-I, South Central Railway, Secunderabad.
And, whereas, NO objections were received and same have been considered and disallowed by the Competent
Authority and accordingly orders have been passed And, whereas, in pursuance of sub-section (1) of section 20E of the
said Act, the competent authority has submitted its report to the Central Government;
Now, therefore, upon receipt of the said report of the competent authority, and in exercise of the powers
conferred by sub-section (1) of section 20E of the Said Act, the Central Government hereby declares that the lands
specified in the Schedule annexed hereto shall be acquired for the aforesaid purpose;
And, further, in pursuance of sub-section (2) of section 20E of the said Act, the Central Government hereby
declares that on publication of this notification in the Official Gazette, the land specified in the Schedule annexed
hereto shall vest absolutely in the Central Government free from all encumbrances.
