क्रॉजनकल (अंग्रेिी)” म ें 11 माचि,2026 को एच.के.भगोररया, मुखय इंिीजनयर, जनमािण-I, दजिण मध्य रेलव,े जसकंदराबाद
के अनुमोदन से प्रकाजित दकया गया था;
और चूंदक कोई आपजियां प्राप्त नहीं हुई तथा सिम प्राजधकारी द्वारा इनपर जवचारोपरांत कुछ आपजियों को अस्ट्वीकार
दकया गया और तदनुसार आदेि पाररत दकए गए एवं िबदक, उक्त अजधजनयम की धारा 20ई की उप-धारा (1) के अनुसरण म ें
सिण प्राजधकारी ने इसकी ररपोटि केंद्र सरकार को प्रस्ट्ततु कर दी है;
अत: अब सिम प्राजधकारी से उक्त ररपोटि के प्राप्त होने पर और उक्त अजधजनयम की धारा 20ई की उप-धारा (1)
द्वारा प्रदत िजक्तयों का प्रयोग करते हुए, केंद्र सरकार एतद्द्वारा यह घोषणा करती ह ै दक इससे उपाबद्ध अनुसूची में जवजनर्दिष्ट
भूजम पूवोक्त प्रयोिन के जलए अर्िित की िाएगी;
और यह दक उक्त अजधजनयम की धारा 20ई की उप-धारा (2) के अनुसरण म ेंकेंद्र सरकार एतद्द्वारा यह घोषणा करती

NOTIFICATION
Secunderabad, 16 April, 2026
S.O. 1927(E).— Whereas, by the notification of the Government of India, in the Ministry of Railways
(Railway Board), number, S.O.1174(E), dated the 5th March, 2026 published in Gazette of India vide Gazette No.1122
Extraordinary, Part II, Section 3, Sub-Section (ii), dated the 6th March, 2026 and issued under sub-section (1) of section
20A of the Railways Act, 1989 (24 of 1989) (hereinafter referred to as the said Act), the Central Government, declared its
intention to acquire the land specified in the Schedule annexed to the said notification for the Purpose of execution,
maintenance, management and operation of the Special Railway Project namely, “Up-gradation work of Electric Traction
System from 1x25KV to 2x25 KV traction system to meet 3000MT loading target - Construction of Rangapuram TSS in
Guntakal –Nandyal section” in Rangapuram village, & Betamcherla Mandal in Nandyal District in the state of Andhra
Pradesh.
And, whereas, the substance of the said notification was published in the daily newspapers namely the “Sakshi (Kurnool
Main)” (Telugu),” Vaartha” (Telugu), “and Deccan chronicle” (English), “dated 11th March, 2026 with the approval of H.K.
Bhagoria, Chief Engineer, Construction-I, South Central Railway, Secunderabad.
And, whereas, NO objections were received and same have been considered and disallowed by the Competent
Authority and accordingly orders have been passed And, whereas, in pursuance of sub-section (1) of section 20E of the
said Act, the competent authority has submitted its report to the Central Government;
Now, therefore, upon receipt of the said report of the competent authority, and in exercise of the powers conferred by
sub-section (1) of section 20E of the Said Act, the Central Government hereby declares that the lands specified in the
Schedule annexed hereto shall be acquired for the aforesaid purpose;
And, further, in pursuance of sub-section (2) of section 20E of the said Act, the Central Government hereby declares
that on publication of this notification in the Official Gazette, the land specified in the Schedule annexed hereto shall vest
